1. About Olka Media
Olka Media LLC ("Olka Media", "we", "us", or "our") is a creative studio registered in the United States. We provide digital services including web design, brand identity, video editing, and creative consulting.
2. Services
We offer creative and digital services including, but not limited to:
- Web design and development
- Brand identity and visual systems
- Video editing and motion content
- Creative and strategic consulting
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by missing input may affect timelines.
4. Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Work may be paused or terminated if payments are overdue. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final agreed deliverables. Olka Media retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Olka Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work and payments due remain payable upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
