1. Who we are

Olka Media LLC (“Olka Media”, “we”, “us”) is an advertising company organized as a limited liability company in Wyoming, United States. We make short video ads for businesses and run them as advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). These terms apply to your use of olkamedia.com and to any work we do for you.

2. Free sample ad

When you request a free sample ad, we create a short sample from the material you send us, or from your public website or social media if you send nothing. The sample is free and creates no obligation for either side. It is for you to evaluate our work: you may not run it as a paid ad unless we agree on a paid engagement.

3. Our services

For paying clients we typically:

• produce short video ads from your footage, photos or other material;
• create additional scenes you could not film, including with AI tools, only if you agree;
• write the ad text and set up, run and optimize your ad campaigns on Meta;
• review results regularly and improve the ads.

The exact scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for each client are agreed in writing (by email or in a separate agreement) before work starts. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

4. Approvals

You see and approve every ad before it goes live. Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval.

5. Your ad budget

Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta, with your own payment method, in your own ad account. We never hold or pay your ad budget. Our fees cover our work only.

6. Pilot and cancellation

Work usually starts with a 30-day pilot. After the pilot, services continue month to month until either side cancels in writing. Fees for work already done remain payable.

7. Payment

Fees are paid as agreed for each engagement. We may pause work if a payment is overdue. Fees are not refundable once work for the period has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Your material

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, including footage, photos, logos and music, and that the people shown have agreed to appear. If you share customer results (for example before-and-after images), you confirm you have their written consent. You keep all rights to your material. You give us permission to use it only to create and run your ads.

9. Honest advertising

We only show real work and real results. We never generate, alter or retouch a client’s results, and we never present invented scenes as real projects or events. AI tools are used only for scenes and atmosphere, never to fake proof. You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims about your business that you ask us to include.

10. Ownership of the ads

Once paid in full, you may use the final ads we deliver for your business without time limit. Stock footage, music or fonts included in an ad remain subject to their own licenses. Unless you ask us not to, we may show finished ads in our portfolio and on our social media.

11. Advertising platforms

Ads run on platforms we do not control. Meta may reject, limit or remove ads, change its rules, or suspend accounts. We work to Meta’s current advertising policies and fix flagged ads quickly, but we cannot guarantee approval, reach or any specific results such as leads, bookings or sales.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, ad account data and unpublished material confidential, and use it only to provide our services, unless disclosure is required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Olka Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

14. Use of this website

The content of olkamedia.com, including our videos, is for viewing only and may not be copied or reused without permission.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
