1. Who we are

Olka Media LLC (“Olka Media”, “we”, “us”) is an advertising company registered in Wyoming, United States, specializing in video ads. This policy explains what information we collect through olkamedia.com and in our work with clients, and how we use it. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you request a free sample ad, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, website or Instagram, links to your clips, and what you would like more of. We also record the date, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type, to protect the form against spam and abuse.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you become a client, we receive the material you share for your ads (footage, photos, logos) and, to run your campaigns, access to your Meta ad account and its performance data.

When you simply browse the site, our hosting and security providers process standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks.

4. How we use your information

• to create the sample ad you requested and reply to you;
• to provide our services to clients: producing ads, running campaigns and reporting on results;
• to keep the website and the form secure;
• to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

5. Client material and AI tools

The material you share is used only to create and run your ads. If you agree to AI-created scenes, parts of your brief or material may be processed by the AI tools we use to create them. We never use AI to alter your results, and we do not allow your material to be used to promote anyone else. If you prefer no AI at all, tell us and we will work only with your real footage.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business, each under their own privacy terms:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and stores form submissions;
• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website;
• Google Workspace, which handles our email;
• Meta, when we run your ad campaigns in your ad account;
• production tools we use to edit videos and create scenes.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep sample ad requests and emails for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and client information for as long as we work together plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

8. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are stored outside the public website, and access to client accounts is limited to what is needed for the work. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to how we use it. 10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

11. International transfers

We work with clients and providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on our providers’ safeguards for these transfers.
